Our story
Accelerate IT Solutions was founded in Perth in 2017 by John and Mayank, with a simple belief: there is always a better way to use technology. Our story began with delivering ServiceNow into the WA education sector. It grew through long-term partnerships with clients across education, mining and consumer industries, built on a motto we still live by: quality, speed and honesty.
Now part of xAmplify
In 2026, Accelerate ITS joined xAmplify, a 100 per cent Australian-owned transformation partner. Together, we form a genuinely national business that helps enterprise and government organisations translate technology investment into productivity, resilience and long-term value.

John brings over 15 years of experience in IT, including 10 years specialising in ServiceNow. His expertise spans product development and team management, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
Mayank Verma
Co-founder & Director
Mayank is a Certified ServiceNow Master Architect with more than 15 years of hands-on experience with the platform. He brings deep technical knowledge and strategic insight, positioning him as a key leader in ServiceNow solutions.
